On March 24, the Kyiv National Academic Theatre of Opera hosted the third UP100: THE POWER OF WOMEN by LOVARE ceremony under the slogan: “When a woman blooms, we all bloom.” During the event, attended by around 700 guests, 100 leaders of Ukraine from various fields were honored.

The winners were selected in six categories: Defenders, Society, Education and Science, Business, Politics and Public Administration, Creative Industries, Culture and Sports. The full list of 100 women leaders can be found in the UP article.

The event was co-organized by the LOVARE brand. Guests were welcomed by Bogdan Barabash, co-founder of the Monomakh company: “Ukrainian women today are leaders, volunteers, military personnel, entrepreneurs, mentors. Each of them contributes to ensuring that our country stands and wins. I want to speak about the beauty of dignity and courage, the beauty of intellect and professionalism, the beauty of creativity and inspiration. This is the kind of beauty that has power,” said Mr. Bogdan. On behalf of LOVARE, Monomakh co-founder presented a certificate worth 50,000 UAH to award winner Iryna Kondratova and the Kharkiv Regional Perinatal Center.
