Steady supply of raw materials, modern packaging technologies, well-planned and seamless logistics processes allow to quickly set up production of tea and coffee products with 100% guaranteed quality. The company implemented an up-to-date quality and safety system, confirmed by compliance with the FSSC 22000 international certificate.
We select raw materials, produce any type of packaging and develop packaging design. We offer support at every stage, provide permanent supervision for all processes, from timely ordering packaging and raw materials to production operations and delivery of ready products to the customer’s storehouse.
Nowadays, one of the most important advantages in Monomakh production facilities is the multilevel quality control system, ranging from manual inspection of raw materials to smart hi-tech scanning. It helps to ensure the best quality of raw materials for every price category.
Our company possesses the most extensive experience in Ukraine when it comes to developing and launching tea and coffee private label projects. Modern production facilities can handle any packaging type for tea and coffee for any customer. At the same time, our price policy is meant to strike an optimal balance between price and quality.
We are working actively to develop the HoReCa business line by offering a unique packaging service for premium tea: packaging type “pyramid bag plus an individual envelope.” Such cases are of special interest for the fast food segment: innovative solutions in taste or design can become a special feature for a restaurant and attract more customers.
In Ukraine, we maintain private label business relationships with 80% of retailers. We also work with leading operators of the tea and coffee market to cooperate in developing new top quality products under their own trademarks. Nowadays, over 75 companies trust us with packaging their private brand products. These include Unilever, Strauss Ukraine, SG Production (ТМ ТЕТ and ТМ Grace); and some of the largest retailers such as АТB, METRO, Fozzy Group, Auchan, Novus.
