In 2025, the company “Monomakh” faced a large-scale information attack. Manipulative materials were spread on social media and online media outlets, causing damage and calling into question the business reputation of the company, its management, and the brands MONOMAKH, LOVARE, and other trademarks.

At the same time, numerous appeals were submitted to state authorities demanding inspections and the application of sanctions against the company.

In connection with these events, law enforcement agencies initiated a pre-trial investigation. Within its framework, PJSC “Monomakh” was officially recognized as the injured party.

This officially confirms that law enforcement authorities have acknowledged the fact that damage was caused to the company, recorded violations of its lawful rights, and granted it the right to actively defend its interests and seek compensation for losses.

Details of the pre-trial investigation cannot be disclosed for objective legal reasons; however, we consider it necessary to inform about the very fact of the investigation and the status of the company “Monomakh” as the injured party.
