Recently, materials have appeared in the media and social networks that question the reputation of the company “Monomakh,” in particular, in the context of alleged product supplies to the Russian market.
We consider it necessary to provide an official explanation so that our clients, partners, and suppliers receive accurate information from the primary source.
Company’s principled position
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by russia in February 2022, the company “Monomakh”:
– completely terminated any cooperation with the markets of russia and belarus;
– publicly declared the impossibility of doing business in the aggressor countries;
– directed resources to support Ukrainian employees, partners, and the frontline.
Any claims about “supplies through Belarus” are baseless and do not correspond to reality.
Checks by state authorities
We openly cooperate with all state institutions.
The company has provided a full package of documents and data for inspection. As of today:
– there is no confirmation of the accusations;
– the information spread by certain resources is based on manipulative assumptions rather than facts.
Reputation and business ethics
For more than 30 years, “Monomakh” has been an honest and reliable partner in the tea industry.
Our brands LOVARE, MONOMAX, FERARRA, “Three Elephants,” “Tea Masterpieces,” “Coffee Masterpieces” are known for their high quality, transparent production, and consumer trust in many countries around the world.
We stand for ethical business and transparent rules of the game, support the Ukrainian economy, and comply with international sanctions regimes.
Social responsibility
In addition to commercial activity, “Monomakh” actively implements the volunteer project “Warm the Heroes”, which provides our defenders with warmth and care in the most difficult moments of service.
Any attempts to discredit the company threaten the existence of this project, and therefore deprive the Ukrainian military of important support.
What our partners need to know
All export and import operations of the company go through official customs procedures.
We have a multi-level control system that makes “gray” or unauthorized schemes impossible.
We are open to any additional audits and inspections from partners, international certification bodies, and state institutions.
We regard such information attacks as an attempt to undermine trust in Ukrainian business during a difficult time for our country.
The company “Monomakh” continues its work honestly, transparently, and responsibly, remaining a reliable partner for everyone who chooses our products.
Information for the media
We ask journalists not to build the future of our company on unfounded accusations. We call on them to adhere to professional ethics and not spread false information in the media.
The reason for these attacks is dirty competition in highly competitive Ukrainian markets. Professional dignity should push journalists not to repeat lies but to seek the truth.
Glory to Ukraine!
