The year 2025 became a period of strategic strengthening for PJSC “Monomakh”. The company confirmed its leadership position in the Ukrainian tea market, preserved production and its team amid turbulence, and continued to invest in quality, innovation, and international partnerships.

PJSC “Monomakh” is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Ukraine in the tea category. Despite challenging economic conditions, we demonstrate resilience and responsibility toward the country.

Over UAH 350 million in taxes were paid in 2025.

This is a contribution to the economic foundation of the state, to community development, and to the support of social programs. Honest tax payment is part of our mission to remain a transparent business working for the future of the country.

PJSC “Monomakh” launched one of the largest volunteer programs among tea companies in Ukraine. In 2025, the military support program reached a record scale — as of December, we had delivered around 80 million portions of tea to defenders. MONOMAX tea warms defenders every day on the front lines and in hospitals. It is an emotional resource, an element of care, and a sign of gratitude.

We consider support for the army an integral part of our corporate responsibility.

Expertise shaped by decades of experience

PJSC “Monomakh” is a 100% Ukrainian company operating since 1991.

Today, our blends are created in cooperation with leading tea estates from various countries around the world. We work directly, without intermediaries, ensuring control at every stage — from the leaf on the plantation to the cup of tea on the consumer’s table.

In 2025, thanks to the manufacturer’s authority and high product quality, export potential grew to more than 30 countries where tea and coffee from PJSC “Monomakh” are sold.

Production that meets international standards

In 2025, we confirmed the FSSC 22000 certification.

Back in 2016, PJSC “Monomakh” became one of the first tea manufacturers in Ukraine to receive FSSC 22000 certification. This confirms that all processes comply with EU standards for safety and quality.

The factory has implemented the following processes:

• preservation of the natural aroma and structure of the tea leaf;
• automated blending;
• packing in a controlled-clean environment;
• individual batch control;
• investment in staff training: effective external and internal programs to improve employee qualifications;
• regular internal audits to ensure high standards of quality and safety;
• active collection of consumer feedback for further improvement of our products and services;
• waste management: continuous improvement of technological processes to minimize waste at every production stage;
• effective cooperation with suppliers: thorough quality and safety control of raw materials from tender to delivery.

We openly demonstrate key stages to our partners — from raw material acceptance to packaging — fostering a culture of transparent production.

The year 2025 became a year of strengthened environmental solutions:

• complete refusal from cellophane wrapping;
• packing tea in biodegradable filter bags;
• minimization of production waste;
• adherence to ethical trade principles in raw material sourcing.

Corporate social responsibility

Support for the military is not the company’s only social initiative. In 2025, we expanded assistance programs for:

• teenagers with special educational needs;
