Monomakh JSC is the first tea factory of independent Ukraine, established in 1991. It is a company with 100% Ukrainian capital and deep Ukrainian roots.

It has come a long way from being a distributor to becoming a leading producer of tea and coffee. We have built a modern, socially responsible business that today is one of the budget-generating enterprises in the region — just last year alone, we paid over 300 million UAH in taxes.

From the first day of the war, we have actively supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine: with our products, transport, and financial assistance. The company has an ongoing volunteer program “Tea for Heroes” – we have already provided over 55 million tea servings free of charge to the front lines, and this program will continue until our shared Victory.

Dozens of our colleagues have been mobilized. There are soldiers in almost every family of our employees. Our production facilities, destroyed under occupation, have been rebuilt and we are working again for Ukraine.

Honesty, quality, and care have always been priorities for Monomakh JSC. European standards, dedication to our work and love for Ukraine, and persistent efforts for its prosperity – this is the foundation on which our leadership has grown.

That is why we regard the aggressive information attack on Monomakh JSC, with baseless accusations, as a planned attempt to pressure Ukrainian business. It is regrettable that the journalists of a respected publication, having received confidential materials, did not look into the situation, did not verify the data, and published false information, violating ethical and legal standards.

It is unfortunate that other media outlets did not delve into the essence and helped spread falsehoods about the company, putting our business, reputation, and honor at risk. And we value our honor above all. This can be confirmed by dozens of our partners with whom we have worked side by side for many years; by the hundreds of volunteers who receive aid from us and deliver it to the front lines; and by the tens of thousands of soldiers whom we support and will continue to support until Victory.

Monomakh JSC is 100% a Ukrainian company. We operate exclusively within the framework of current Ukrainian legislation, including compliance with restrictions imposed due to the introduction of martial law in Ukraine.

We do not cooperate with the Russian Federation, do not help Russia, and do not do business on the territory of the aggressor state.

Doing so would be against our conscience and our very nature.

According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, an important guarantee of fair justice is the presumption of innocence, which states that no person shall be found guilty of committing a crime and subjected to punishment until their guilt is proven.

As of today, there are no court decisions establishing the guilt of any officials of Monomakh JSC.
We consider the ongoing pre-trial investigation to be unfounded and will defend our business reputation and legal interests in the manner and procedure established by current law.
