For almost three years, “Monomakh” has been actively supporting the development of basketball in the region by aiding the MOBI Basketball Club. In 2019, the “MONOMAKH-MOBI” female team has brought Brovary, for the first time, to the Ukrainian Premier League and reached the quarter-finals. Transportation, uniforms, equipment, gym rental, financing – we covered part of the costs so that the teams could focus on sports and victories.
Last season became a prize season for the youth teams. At the open championship of Kyiv region, they earned the following victories: boys 2003 – 3rd place, boys 2007 – 1st place, boys 2008 – 2nd place, girls 2006 – 2nd place, girls 2007 – 1st place. Girls 2007 – champions of the youth basketball league of the Kyiv region and vice-champions of the Ukrainian Cup. Girls 2008 – bronze medalists of the All-Ukrainian Youth Basketball League and bronze medalists of the Ukrainian Cup.
Today, “MONOMAKH-MOBI” is a promising club that consistently develops child and adult basketball and builds an uptrend in the training of athletes. There are plans to create teams of all levels – professional, amateur, and children. Brovary is becoming a wonderful city of sports. Join us too!
